Luh Gede Gita (Luh'De) is a fine art graduate who became a full-time artist in 2022 right after she graduated. Prior to her commitment to being a prolific painter, she used to be a graphic designer and worked in gallery management.
Not long after the pandemic emerged, a Singaporean-based gallery called Gajah Gallery offered her to be in one of their annual shows. As an artist, Luh'De is highly influenced by modern and contemporary movements such as pop art and surrealism. For example, one of her paintings titled "Paradiso #2" uses The Sims logo as a reference to depict a simulation world (as we're now living in a virtual world).
